School Start-Up Procedures   -  September 2023

Tuesday, September 5th

Returning Students: 

Please proceed to last year's classroom at the 8:35 bell.

Students New to the school: 

Please meet in the library/learning commons at the 8:35 bell. Our new students will be welcomed and taken to a grade-appropriate classroom.

Dismissal Time:

• Will be at 10:15.
• New students should go to the library/learning commons at 10:15 to be met by their parents or assisted to the appropriate bus.
• Buses will leave at approximately 10:30. If your child is new to taking the bus please have a label on their backpack with the bus # they need to take (if known) and a contact phone number.

Wednesday, September 6th

All Students In Grades 1- 5 (full day from 8:40 – 2:48): 

Please return to the classrooms you were in on Tuesday.

New Classes:

We will have students in their new classes as soon as possible. However, our enrollment numbers may have changed over the summer and we must be sure we have the best configuration of classes before moving students. Student placement has been determined in a very careful and thoughtful manner and we thank you for your understanding and patience.
