Welcome back to all our returning students and welcome to our new students. Here is some important information about what to expect:

Tuesday, September 8

Students do not need to bring their schools supplies.

Returning Students: 

Please proceed to last year's classroom at the 8:35 bell.

Students New to the school: 

_{Please meet in the library/learning commons at the 8:35 bell. Our new students will be welcomed and taken to a grade-appropriate classroom.}

Dismissal Time:  - Please ensure your child knows if they are taking the bus home or if they will be picked up

• Dismissal will be at 10:15.

• New students should go to the library/learning commons at 10:15 to be met by their parents or assisted to the appropriate bus.

• Buses will leave at approximately 10:30. If your child is new to taking the bus please send a note with them that has the bus # they need to take (if known) and a contact phone number.

   

   

Wednesday, September 9

All Students in Grades 1- 5 (full day from 8:40 – 2:48)

• Please return to the classrooms you were in on Tuesday.

• Buses will run on the regular schedule.

New Classes:

_{We will have students in their new classes as soon as possible. However, our enrollment numbers may have changed over the summer, and we must be sure we have the best configuration of classes before moving students. Student placement has been determined in a very careful and thoughtful manner, and we thank you for your understanding and patience as we move into our new learning communities.}

Gradual Entry for Kindergarten Students: 

At the beginning of the school year all our kindergarten students begin with a gradual entry.  Each student entering kindergarten should have received an email with their group assignment.  The Group Entry schedule is as follows:
